The application you are about to download has been designed to work on a cell phone. It is not suitable for use on a tablet or computer. This application is the property of "KYomed INNOV", which is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the European Regulation (GDPR / EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016).

Impact of installing the application on your phone

You are about to download a free application. This application has been developed in compliance with security rules. KYomed INNOV cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of your phone after installation of the application. If your phone's operating system (Android/ iOS) is updated, it is your responsibility to carry out the updates to maintain the proper functioning of the application. To use all the features provided, your phone must be sufficiently charged.

Applicable legislation

These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in France. The competent court in Montpellier (France) will resolve any dispute arising from these terms of use in accordance with applicable European law as well as the local law applicable in the countries where the application is available.

Scope of use, the purpose of the application

This application allows the collection of data for clinical research purposes according to the modalities explained in the inform consent. The collection of objective and subjective information should in no way replace the communication with a health professional or the medical opinion of a health professional and/or a doctor. This application is not intended to record the adverse effects of medical treatments. In the context of its use, the health professional expects you to fill in the information according to your understanding of the questions asked. In no case will your answers be judged. You are free to answer or not answer the questions asked.

Respect for your privacy

This application has been designed to collect real-time data necessary for the clinical research in which you have agreed to participate. Only information that is strictly necessary for the clinical research project is collected by the app. The information we collect about you in this clinical research includes information about your health. This information can only be collected with your express consent. The data collected will be stored for a minimum of 15 years (as described in the inform consent you received) from the final date of collection by the clinical center conducting the biomedical research in accordance with the law in force in France.

Your data collected through the use of this mobile application may be subject to computerized processing within the framework of this research and may be reused (once secured, i.e. coded or anonymized) for further research purposes as mentioned in the inform consent and/or commercial purposes.

No data collected will be transferred outside the European Union or to countries where the regulations on personal data security are less demanding than in France without your specific prior consent.

Through the KyoPRO application, no advertising of any kind will be transmitted to you.

Use of the application by minors

Insofar as the research protocol provides for it, the use of the application by minors is possible. If this is the case, the modalities of this use are specified in the specific information note for the study in which the minor is participating.

Data security

Care is taken with your data when it is sent from your personal telephone to the database host, in the host and during its analysis.

Although the organization in charge of security (mentioned on your information sheet) secures all the personal data you provide us, we invite you to be careful when transmitting this type of data on the Internet, especially when it is personal data related to your health.

Cookies

This application does not use cookies to obtain information about your use of the application. Only a temporary or "session" cookie will be used for connectivity purposes. Session" cookies are temporary pieces of information that are deleted once you leave the application.

You can also ask to modify, rectify, or delete your personal data or limit their processing, or withdraw your consent to the processing of your data,
You may at any time request that your data be exported in a standard format (e.g. a .csv file)

To do so, please contact the organization mentioned in the inform consent of your study. This organization is committed to answering you as soon as possible.

Please note: Such a request concerning the processing of your personal data may depending on the case, prevent us from continuing to offer you the services we previously offered.

Updates, changes to features, and terms of use

KYomed INNOV reserves the right to modify the functionalities and/or general conditions of use to adapt to technological advances, legislative or regulatory changes, and good business practices at any time and without notice.

Use of the collected data and valorization of the application

All rights, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the application, and the organization of the underlying databases belong to KYomed INNOV.

You have agreed to participate in clinical research and may install and use the application only for your personal use under the authority of a healthcare professional who will provide you with an access code to the application. You may not copy, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, license, or transfer the application, in whole or in part, to anyone. KYomed INNOV authorizes you to consult the application and the information contained therein as well as to make copies for your own personal use, for example by printing them out (by screen printing) or saving them. Any other use of the application or the information contained therein, such as storing or reproducing all or part of the application on an external website or creating links, hyperlinks, or deep links between the application and any other website, is prohibited without the express written permission of KYomed INNOV.
